a balanced experience

great location nice touch thin walls squeaky floor

the hotel had a great location. it was relatively close to many tourist attractions. i could walk or take a tram. complimentary gifts were a nice touch. i got a postcard, a magnet, and a sweet.

the room i stayed in had thin walls. i could hear every word from the next room. the floor in the room squeaked with each step. it made quiet difficult.

the staff was friendly! they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants.

the room i got was supposedly a 'standard double room', but it felt more like a broom closet. seriously, i barely had room to open my suitcase, and the noise from the street kept me up all night.

the LOCATION could not be better. everything i wanted to see was close. the staff were helpful and kind. i found my room to be clean upon arrival. the bed linens were fresh.

the elevator is a bit SMALL. it only fits two people with minimal luggage.

poor sound isolation morning noise

the location was very good for getting around the city.

The room was quite noisy. I could hear everything from other rooms and the street. It made it difficult to sleep well. earplugs were provided, but the sound isolation should be better

The location is great. it is close to many key attractions. the staff were always ready to help with any questions i had. i also appreciated the little welcome gift i received upon arrival. It was such a nice touch!

i noticed a small spot on the bathroom mirror, but it was really nothing major.

central location spacious room bathroom products dirty carpet torn bed head broken light

the location was central and convenient. i appreciated the spaciousness of the room. bathroom products were a nice touch.

The carpet had some stains, which i found unpleasant. the bed head looked torn. It needs repair. one of the lights in the room was not working.

hotel have english speaking staff and I received welcome gift, how great is that. I could leave my bag after check out, it was really helpful.

hotel is a bit outdated, some things should be replaced for good. like bedsheets had small holes.
